Our Process

Consultation

Let’s hop on a call and discuss your vision. Expect to discuss event timing, budget, aesthetics and inspiration.

Quote + Invoice

You will receive a quote that includes a breakdown of costs taxes and fees.

Once you approve the quote, an official invoice is sent and a deposit of 50% is due at contract signing.

Planning

Every gathering is different and we will work with you to plan the perfect event for YOU.

Execution

We will be there every step of the way. We will also be your day of coordinator so you can be present and enjoy your event.
